We are delighted that early career teachers have chosen to begin their careers in schools in Hampshire and want to introduce ECTs to the wealth of support and CPD available in history.
Introducing Secondary ECT+ is a NEW webinar offer from Hampshire Inspection and Advisory Service (HIAS), aimed at ECTs in year one or two of the Early Career Framework (ECF) programme. Led by our team of HIAS subject professionals, ECTs will attend a free online introductory webinar during autumn 2023. This session will provide crucial contextual background to their subject within Hampshire and will provide valuable guidance and advice such as access to useful resources as well as networking opportunities.
Following this initial introduction, ECT’s will have the opportunity to take part in further bespoke follow-up sessions over the academic year.
